Authentic ramen 🜠friendly service, fast serving (5mins after ordering) the broth is creamy but not greasy, big portion (for ladies). Stop ordering after 9pm, busy in weekend.

I got the seasoned boiled egg miso ramen and it was delicious and very filling! The staff was kind and efficient. I really recommend this place.

Nice staff and quick food service. Staff are all Japanese. Don’t worry. They are friendly and fluent English speakers. We ordered simmered dumplings, fried chicken, miso ramen, and gyokai-tonkotsu ramen. Dumplings have really special way to cooked. It’s more juicy then other cook way. Fried chicken are crunchy and hot. There are full of guests. Great atmosphere. Everyone seems happy and satisfied. Temperature is cozy in this restaurant . Also, the place is clean and no smoke inside. Defiantly a good place to go.

Very good ramen, friendly staff. Sadly the takoyakis do not play on the same league (even though they look good).

Amazing ramen! Best I've had so far from various places in Amsterdam and Haarlem where I've had it before.Full, rich taste and good portion. Nice decoration and lovely staff. Recommend this

Their ramen is absolutely amazing and the best I've had in Europe! The meat was really tender and the egg nicely seasoned. Both me and my husband absolutely loved it. I cannot understand those who leave reviews saying it's not "authentic". It makes me wonder if they ever tasted the ramen made in Japan.

The ramen was undercooked and the soft boiled egg overcooked. Maybe I need to ask for a real bowl of ramen next time. I came in with high expectation reading the google reviews and I found It bit overrated, perhaps this is the localised ramen favours. I loved the art that they feature.

Best ramen in town. A bit far from the center but it totally worth it. It tasted better than it looks.

I'm somewhat of a ramen novice but I thought this place was really good. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table and no reservations are accepted. The ramen bowl I had was delicious.

SORA is one of the most authentic Japanese ramen restaurants in Amsterdam. The broth is rich and well developed, the noodles are cooked perfectly (not too soft not too hard), and their chasiu melts nicely in your mouth. Their gyoza could be fried a bit longer sometimes but also tastes great.

Hands down the best ramen in Amsterdam! I recommend getting the spicy chicken ramen special, it is beyond tasty. Change it up by adding charsiu pork if you like.Usually there’s a short wait, but tables go pretty fast and there’s a shared communal table in front. My go-to ramen spot in Amsterdam for sure. Highly recommended.

Black pepper Ramen are so good, crushed it. Last time I did it was in Japan, I think all employees are Japanese, very nice and friendly, feel so good to have Ramen soup in a cold day. Highly recommend to give a try.

Fairly OK for a dutch Japanese ramen place. But if you are thinking authentic Japan ramen noodles, forget about it. May visit again since Asian cuisine is so limited in Amsterdam.

Very nice authentic Japanese food. Prices a a little to high in my opinion but food is very tasty. Had to find the entrance tho.

The ambience was quaint and energetic. The gyoza, both meat and vegetables, are delicious with delicate and al dente wrappers. The Gokujo Sapporo Kuro Miso Ramen was deep in flavour perhaps just a tad too salty for my taste. Overall, my friend and I were happily full.

Amazing ramen, good gyoza, and nice & cheap sake.

Really really good ramen place to eat in Amsterdam! A very good friend recommended it to me who has been to Japan a few weeks ago and I am glad I followed his advise. Its a shame that they are only located in Amsterdam and they got lot of Ramen noodle choices to choose from and their sides are delicious as well! They only open at lunch 12 till 3pmand dinner shifts 5 till 10pm. The japanese fried chicken is also good for to go -\(^_^)/

I have to admit I love ramen since I have lived in Japan. This place reminds me a lot of these ramen places in Tokio altough the quality and portion size is not at the same level. We've had the happy hour menue with two small beers 0,25 l and one makrele for 10 EUR. The ramen for was approx EUR 12. The service was amazing and they have a very unique selection of Japanese sake and whisky. Go and try it out!

Tasty food. Friendly and very quick service -- food is on the table minutes after you order. I wish the spicy option was a bit more spicy but overall great taste anyway. Will definitely be back here!

Small restaurant with an efficient service. Usually very crowded because of its popularity. Ramen is very good, not quite the same as in Japan though.

Best Ramen in town. Authentic Japanese. Great service, nice people. Kirin from draft.

I have visited SORA Sapporo Ramen three times and I honestly love their ramen. The waiting list can be long if you only want to sit at a table (I have tried to wait for 45 minutes) but I think the food is worth it. Go hungry because you will be full after a whole dish of ramen!

Amazing ramen! Super tasty, fast and friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Always fantastic. Their ramens are excellent, and the sides, like takoyaki and karaage, great in their own right. Happy to be a frequently returning customer :)

Good ramen. It gets busy, but it's usually still pretty quick to get a table if you wait.

Consistent quality every time. Every noodle is a pure perfection, every broth type irresistibly flavorful. I am a returning customer of SORA and I love what they are doing. Definitely a recommended restaurant. Amsterdam needs more places like this one, where staff is passionate about food and always striving for the highest quality. I wish I could give 6 stars.

Best ramen I've ever tried.

TLDR: Best ramen in Amsterdam! Longer version: this is a long, narrow place with only a couple of tables, but oh boy their ramen makes it worthwhile. The noodles are just right - not too thin, good bite but not hard, fragrant broth and succulent pork. Presentation is good as well, with a full ramen menu to choose from.Service is friendly and easygoing, and while not the cheapest prices are around average. The food more than justifies it!

Great and authentic Ramen joint. Broth is rich, noodles are great and the toppings fantastic. The staff is friendly and service fast. A must go in Amsterdam.

I really liked the Sora Sapporo Ramen. Food5 stars plus, great service. Also the prices are ok for Amsterdam. I really recommend the Seasonal Ramen, gyoza vegetable and chicken. The restaurant has a Japanese atmosphere somehow, really nice place to go out on a Friday night. Really recommend it! I even ordered home food from Sora Sapporo Ramen, and the tase was confirmed again.

The best ramen I have ever had so far in Amsterdam. Friendly staff and delicious beer. I had a very nice and satisfying evening. The price is quite high compared to other ramen restaurant but I think their food won't let you feel down. Highly recommended!!

The wait staff was fantastic: helpful, prompt, and polite. The ambience was cozy but clean and never too crowded due even when full due to their layout. The vegetable ramen was very delicious! The broth was creamy. I added an egg and it was probably the best seasoned egg I've ever had - subtle yet distinct flavor with a soft center (more like a 7 minute egg rather than a 5 or 6). That being said, the vegetable choices were not ideal (all leek and green onion) or as numerous as the meat offering in my companion's bowl. All in all I walked away happy and would highly recommend.

Best raymen in Amsterdam, maybe a little more salty than you expect.

What a place. The best part is the placement of the joint. Its so mysterious like a secret meeting joint. And when you go in you are greeted with superb Japanese Ramen cuisines. Great food ....A lil pricey but all worth it.

Great ramen! I had veggy spicy and it was really tasty.

We went to Amsterdam for three days, I went to SORA Ramen for two days because of their Japaneses authentic ramen and friendly atmosphere. Really recommend it, and the price is reasonable.

Ramen is very good here. However, don’t recommend coming here on a hot day as there’s no air conditioning and the kitchen is inside. So it gets extremely hot. Also, the service wasn’t very good. We were served fast, but the waitress forgot that I ordered an egg add-on (or wrote it incorrectly), which wasn’t in my ramen in the end but was in the bill. And it took another waitress 10 min to figure out how to remove this. And definitely not even closely as polite as in Japan for example.

Great authentic tasting ramen! We had the butter corn miso and tonkotsu shoyu ramen. The service was friendly and fast. Although the noodles are slightly too hard for my liking.

Loved it! Really good noodles. Portions are very big

Best ramen in Amsterdam. Thick and fatty broth with soft chasu. The toppings were top notch!
